I am a huge proponent of finding brands that care and then supporting them.  It has been amazing to watch brands start stepping up to the plate and providing more seed-oil free options. Not all brands are perfect or completely seed-oil free, but they are slowly changing. The louder we are, the more change that will happen. Let brands know what you are looking for – they are listening!

A few notes for the guide below:

As I mentinoed above, some brands are not 100% seed-oil free, so I have only listed the specific items that have no seed oils. Please don’t trust any brand blindly. You will always need to verify on the label that there are no seed oils.

You can filter by sugar-free*, gum-free, corn-free and gluten-free. I have done my best to keep this as accurate as possible, but I am human, so please verify the ingredients if you have any sensitivies. I cannot be responsible as ingredient labels can change and we are all our own best advocates.

*I have only filtered out products that use refined sugar or cane sugar. I have not filtered out products that use coconut sugar, agave, honey, maple syrup, stevia or monkfruit.
